I lay in bed, confused. Where am I and who are these strange people sitting before me? I look around the room but I can’t seem to figure out where I am. I don’t remember anything. I’m starting to get uncomfortable. I hear a strange beeping somewhere in the room and I look around to find out what it is. I look to my right and I see a strange machine with curvy lines etched across the screen. The beeping is in sync with my breathing and I notice that there is a thin chord connected to me. I see a bag of water hanging next to this machine, also connected. I’m in a hospital, I can’t remember anything, and I finally start to panic a little bit. “Your awake!” I jump, startled by the sudden interruption of my thoughts. I look to my left to see a tall, skinny man with long, black hair looking at me with a soft smile on his face. The man next to him is asleep, his head laying slightly backwards. He has dark, brown hair and seems to be slightly shorter than the other. “Umm..who are you?” I finally ask, with a confused look upon my face. His smile slowly fades and his eyebrows wrinkle in confusion. “What are you talking about? It’s me, Sebastian.Your best friend.” I let this information sink in but I can’t seem to remember anything, not even my own name. After a couple of minutes, Sebastian called, “Ty?” “I…I have no idea who you are..I don’t even know who I am..I’m very sorry.” A frown was now visible on his face as he slouches over in his chair and runs his hands through his long dark strands of hair. I could tell that he had a hard time dealing with rough situations like these, already. I wish I can help my “friend”. I wish I can remember.
